The Palisades Plaza rehabilitation is a multi-phase, complete renovation of 8 buildings and comprehensive accompanying site work to improve the living conditions of the development's occupants. Exterior work includes the addition of new gabled roofs and lit entrance canopies, landscaping, refurbishment of site infrastructure, and a new playground. Completely new interiors will include greatly improved floor plans, updated kitchens and bathrooms, new flooring, ADA residential units, new HVAC, lighting, and electrical wiring, amongst many other updates. All units will have built-in internet access and achieve a "4 Stars Plus" EPA Energy Star Home compliancy rating.
