This project involved site master planning and building development for a highly restrictive URA river-front property. The design solution includes seven low-rise office buildings configured to accomodate small-to-medium sized office tenants. Site planning maximizes views of the river and utilizes streetscape urban planning while achieving suburban (free) parking ratios. The building imagery recalls the industrial history of the site.
